We'll work with your builder or grader on what needs to be cleared to dirt and what can stay mulched, so nothing gets done twice.

Can you work around trees I want to keep?
Yes. We flag them together on the walk and work around them.
What about mulch on the house pad?
Where the house or driveway goes, mulch can be pushed off so your grader has clean ground to work with.
